CARAWAY PUFFS 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup cream style cottage cheese
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 tsp. caraway seeds
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 cup flour

In large bowl combine first 3 ingredients.

In pan heat together; cottage cheese, water, sugar, butter and salt until butter melts. Add to dry ingredients. Add egg, onion and caraway seed. Beat at low speed of electric mixer 1/2 minute, beat 3 minutes at high speed. Stir in 1 cup more flour. Place in greased bowl, turning once, COVER. Let rise until double, at least 1 1/2 hours. Divide into 12 well greased muffin pans. COVER, let rise about 10 minutes.

Bake 400°F 12 to 15 minutes.
