CREAM JELLO MOLD 
1 sm. pkg. Jello (any flavor)
1 c. boiling water
6 oz. cream cheese, cubed and softened
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
8 oz. drained crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Cool Whip may be used, but whipped cream tastes better.

Dissolve Jello and softened cream cheese. Stir until cream cheese takes on shredded appearance. Let cool. Add remaining ingredients. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 1-quart mold. Refrigerate until firm.
