CREAM JELLO MOLD 
1 sm. pkg. Jello (any flavor)
1 c. boiling water
6 oz. cream cheese, cubed and softened
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
8 oz. drained crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Cool Whip may be used, but whipped cream tastes better.

Dissolve Jello; soften cream cheese, mix together. Stir until cream cheese takes on shredded appearance. Let cool. Add remaining ingredients. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 1-quart mold. Refrigerate until firm.
