CRISPETS 
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
6 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. walnuts

Beat eggs until light, add sugars and nuts, coarsely chopped. Add flour, salt and vanilla and beat well. Drop by teaspoonful onto a buttered pan, allowing 2 inches between each. Bake in a moderately hot oven until delicate brown.

Cool just slightly before removing. (If wafers should stick, heat pan slightly). Yield: 5 to 7 dozen wafers.
