TARRAGON CHICKEN 
1 1/4 lbs. skinned chicken
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. minced onion flakes
1 tsp. dried tarragon
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 pkg. Weight Watchers instant chicken broth/seasoning mix
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over chicken. Bake, covered 1 hour.
