HAM CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. chopped onion
6 tbsp. butter
2 2/3 c. milk
6 tbsp. flour
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. diced ham
2 c. Bisquick or biscuit mix
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Sauté onions in butter. Stir in flour and 2 cups of the milk and cook until thickened. Add soup and ham, and heat thoroughly. Pour into greased medium-sized casserole.

Combine Bisquick with shredded cheese, and stir in remaining 2/3 cup of milk, making a soft dough. Drop dough on top of hot mixture.

Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are done.
