BAKED HAM CASSEROLE 
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt, optional
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 (#2) can whole kernel corn OR
1 pkg. frozen corn
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 c. cooked ham, cubed
1/2 c. grated cheese, or more
Bread crumbs

Make white sauce of butter, flour, and milk. Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt (optional), and pepper. Add corn, onion, green pepper, and ham.

Pour into 2-quart casserole. Top with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 6. A very good way to use the last of a ham.
