GREEN CHILI ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1/2 med. onion
Green chili to taste
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 pkgs. corn tortillas
Shredded cheese

Chop onion into small pieces. Put into saucepan with a small amount of oil to brown. Drain. Add mushroom soup and green chili. Bring to a boil. Meanwhile tear tortillas into small pieces. Place a layer of tortillas in casserole, add a layer of green chili mixture, then cheese. Repeat in layers put into oven for cheese to melt. Serve.
