DIET COOKIES 
2/3 c. dry milk
2 capfuls cherry, coconut or pineapple extract
1/8 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
1 whole, unpeeled apple
Sugar substitute to equal 6 tsp. sugar

Grate apple with skin. Blend rest of the ingredients until pasty. Do not overmix. Drop on non-stick cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
