6 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. mayonnaise

Cut peeled eggs lengthwise and take out yolk. Mash with fork. Mix with remaining ingredients. Fill whites with yolk mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate.
