SALMON PATTIES | |
1 lb. can salmon with liquid 1/3 c. whole wheat flour 1/4 c. cornmeal 1/4 c. wheat germ, optional 2 eggs, beaten or egg substitute 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. chopped peppers 1 tbsp. lemon juice Flake salmon, mashing bones well. Mix all ingredients together. Form into patties. Brown in Pam sprayed skillet on medium heat for about 15 minutes (turn once). Serves 4. |
