RUSSIAN RULET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple, small can

Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

ICING:

3 or 4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Blend and put on cake while hot.
