4 med. zucchini, grated
1 c. diced onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 c. Bisquick
optional fine ground bread crumbs, sprinkled on top

Spray pie pan or oblong glass baking dish with a no stick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in large bowl, mixing well. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
