HAWAIIAN CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 (12 oz.) crushed pineapple and juice
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1 c. nuts
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer until well mixed. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 325°F for 35 minutes.

Icing:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. confectioners sugar

Mix thoroughly.
