GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. fresh or 3 cans green beans
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. minced onion
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. drained cottage cheese

Spread half of green beans on bottom of buttered 2-quart baking dish. Beat together 2 eggs, salt, pepper, mix in onion, Swiss cheese and cottage cheese. Pour half of this mixture over green beans. Repeat layers. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes until browned.
