LEMONADE PIE | |
1 sm. can frozen lemonade or other juice or cocktail mixer 8 oz. cream cheese 1 lg. carton Cool Whip 2-3 drops red or yellow food coloring, depending on the type of lemonade used 1 tbsp. lemon juice (add a little rind) 1 can Eagle Brand milk 2 graham cracker crusts Prepare graham cracker pie crusts. Cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients, except Cool Whip and whip until blended thoroughly. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon into pie pans, sprinkle with remaining graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours. Garnish with fresh mint, lemon, orange or other complementary fruit. (This recipe also works well with the new Bacardi drink mixers.) |
