BROCCOLI SALAD 
4 c. broccoli flowerettes, uncooked
1/4 c. sweet onion, chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs, crumbled
7 slices of crisp bacon, crumbled

SALAD DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar

Make sure broccoli is cut to bite-size. Best mixed together the day of use. Great for picnics.
