CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 cauliflower

WHITE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
1 1/3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Medium Cheddar cheese

Cut cauliflower and boil in salt water until tender. Drain. Place in greased casserole dish. Melt butter, then combine flour and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Add salt and pepper. Pour over cauliflower and mix well. Shred cheese on top of cauliflower. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and brown.
