MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
Powdered sugar

In medium bowl cream butter, sugar, vanilla and salt until fluffy. Stir in flour until well blended. Chill 30 minutes or until firm enough to handle. Shape into 1 inch balls.

Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 12-15 minutes or until light brown. Remove to rack (close together) and while still warm, dust with powdered sugar. Cool. Store in airtight cool, dry place. Makes 48.
