MILLIONAIRE PIE | |
2 baked pie shells or graham cracker crusts, cooled 9 oz. Cool Whip 1 can condensed milk, Eagle Brand 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. lemon juice 1/2 c. coconut 1/2 c. nuts, chopped Mix Cool Whip and condensed milk. Stir in lemon juice, fold in pineapple, coconut, and nuts. Pour into the cooled pie shells. Place in refrigerator until firm. Makes 2 pies. Very rich and very good! |
