CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
4 or 6 chicken breasts
1 can Swanson's chicken broth
1 c. uncooked UNCLE BEN'S® rice
1 stick butter
1 pkg. dry onion soup

Melt butter in Corning Ware dish. Sprinkle in rice. Place chicken. Sprinkle dry onion soup over chicken and 1/2 cup water. Cover and bake 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
