CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can Chicken of the Sea (chicken)
2 c. curly uncooked noodles
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can whole mushrooms (optional)
Sm. amount of onion for flavor
Salt and pepper for flavor

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake for one hour in a 350 degree F. oven, covered. Stir once after a half hour of baking time.
