CHERRY SURPRISE 
Lucky Leaf Cherry Pie filling (22 oz.)
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Cinnamon (ground)

In a large bowl, cream sugar and oil. Add eggs, beat after each one. Gradually add your flour and baking powder. Add vanilla and stir until blended. Pour into pan, half of mixture, then top with pie filling, then remaining half of batter.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture (about 1/2 cup). Grease and flour clear pyrex pan. Bake at 350 degrees 35 to 45 minutes.
