MOM'S SPOON BREAD | |
Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1/2 cup corn meal. Beat in 1/2 cup milk. 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 eggs 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. flour 1 tbsp. butter, melted Pour into buttered hot casserole. Bake just until set. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. |
