PRETZEL CRUST SALAD | |
2 c. crushed pretzels 3/4 c. melted butter 3 tbsp. sugar 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 c. sugar 8 oz. Cool Whip 1 box lg. strawberry Jello 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed Mix pretzels, butter and sugar. Pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool. Beat cheese, sugar and Cool Whip with electric mixer. Spoon over pretzel layer, be sure to seal all edges well. Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add strawberries. Let stand about 10 minutes. Pour on Cool Whip layer. Refrigerate. |
