VEGETABLE BAKE 
2/3 c. sliced carrots
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
1 can tomato soup, mixed with 1 can water
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1/4 c. dry rice (to be sprinkled over top)

In an 8 or 9-inch baking dish, layer above. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
