SHERRY PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. marshmallows
1 1/2 c. sherry
1 1/2 pts. whipping cream, whipped
Baked pie crust
1/4 c. grated chocolate

Pour sherry over marshmallows in top of double boiler. Melt and mix. After mixture is cold, fold in whipped cream. Pour into baked pie crust. Let set in refrigerator. Garnish with grated chocolate.
