CREAMY POTATO FLUFF 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. pimento, chopped
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Combine cream cheese and potatoes, mixing until blended. Add remaining ingredients. Place in 1 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
