2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
3 eggs
1 box raisins
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. nuts
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
4 c. flour
4 c. oatmeal
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine and mix well sugar and butter. Add eggs and mix well. Sift and add dry ingredients. Add 1 tbsp. lemon juice. Add raisins which have been boiled with 1 1/2 cup water. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
