EASY GARDEN VEGETABLE PIE 
2 c. chopped fresh broccoli or sliced fresh cauliflowerets
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped pepper
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

1 package (10 oz.) frozen broccoli or cauliflower, thawed and drained can be substituted. Do not cook.

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease pie plate, 10" x 1 1/2". Cook fresh broccoli or cauliflower. Drain. Mix broccoli, onions, green pepper and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth in blender on high speed. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted into center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut and serve. Refrigerate remaining pie. 6 servings.
