EGG AND SAUSAGE SCRAMBLE | |
6 eggs, slightly beaten 6 slices bread, cubed 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 lb. sage sausage 2 c. milk Brown sausage, crumbled, and then drain on paper towels. Mix sausage and bread together. Pour into baking dish. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour into baking dish. Gently blend all ingredients together. Cover dish and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator and place in cold oven. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown and eggs are not runny. |
