WALNUT CINNAMON COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix topping first; set aside. Mix butter and sugar together; add eggs, then sour cream and vanilla. Mix. Add dry ingredients and mix. Pour 1/2 half the batter into a greased and floured pan. Sprinkle on some topping, then pour the rest of the batter on top and sprinkle the remaining of the topping on. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. If baked in glass, 325 degrees. Cool before removing.
