1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 lb. butter
2 lbs. sifted powder sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, optional

In Microwave: Melt cheese and butter together. Cook 30 seconds on high. Stir well. Cook another 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Pour into a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. (Best when greased with butter flavored Crisco).
