HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. diced celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. jar sliced mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded Cheddar
1 can French fried onions

Mix all together. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cover with onion rings and bake 10 minutes more. Can substitute turkey for chicken.
