VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 frozen sm. bag mixed vegetables
1 sm. onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. Duke's mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese
Ritz crackers

Cook mixed vegetables and onion. Drain and place in mixing bowl. Add cream of celery soup, Duke's mayonnaise and 1/2 of grated cheese. Place in buttered casserole dish. Then add other 1/2 of grated cheese. Crush enough Ritz crackers to cover top, spray top with buttered flavored Pam. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
