SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
12 slices bread, crusts removed
2 c. crab, shrimp or imitation crab (this works well with "fake" crab or shrimp)
1 sm. onion
1 sm. green pepper
1/2 c. salad dressing

Cube half of bread, place in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix seafood and other ingredients. Spread over cubed bread, top with remaining 6 slices of bread. Mix 4 eggs, 3 cups milk, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in pan, refrigerate at least 6 hours. Bake 15 minutes at 325 degrees.

Remove from oven, spread 1 can mushroom soup on top. Sprinkle with 2 cups grated cheddar cheese. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
