SEAFOOD SALAD 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 lb. crabmeat, fresh or canned
3/4 lb. cooked shrimp
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients except the butter and bread crumbs. Place in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Blend butter with bread crumbs and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield: 4-6 servings.
