TOFFEE MAPLE CHEESECAKE 
1/2 c. packed dark brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans

FILLING:

3 pkg. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 c. packed dark brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. maple flavoring

Beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Stir in flour and pecans. With fingers pat mixture evenly on bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

For Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in flour. Add eggs and flavoring; beat until smooth. Pour evenly over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool slightly. Loosen pan rim. Cool completely before removing rim. Chill before serving.
