4 STAR TEXAS CHILI 
3 lb. chili meat
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. paprika
5-6 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 tsp. cayenne
Kidney beans

Brown ground meat, onions, and garlic chopped. Add spices, tomato sauce, water and simmer for about 2 hours.

Serve over beans topped with grated cheese of your choice.
