YUM YUM DESSERT 
60 Ritz crackers
1/4 lb. butter, melted

Make crumbs reserving some for top. Press in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes.

PUDDING:

2 qts. vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 c. milk
2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding

Beat milk and ice cream until consistency of a thick milk shake. Add dry pudding mix. Pour over crumbs and sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Refrigerate.
