YUM YUM CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. crushed pineapple with juice
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour

Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Stir in pineapple - add flour that has been sifted with baking powder. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 can Pet milk

Boil 2 minutes, remove from heat.

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Spread on hot cake.
