HOT TUNA BUNS 
4 hamburger buns
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can (7 oz.) tuna, drained & flaked
1/2 c. chopped bread & butter pickles
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar or Parmesan)

Split buns and spread with part of mayonnaise. Mix tuna, pickles, onion and cheese with rest of mayonnaise. Save enough grated cheese to put on top. Spread tuna mixture on buns, top with cheese and broil until lightly browned. Serves 4.
