VEGETABLE FINGER SALAD 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese bricks, at room temperature
2 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
3/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
Your choice of shredded or finely chopped cauliflower, carrots, green pepper, broccoli, shredded cheese

Mix first 3 ingredients and set aside. Roll or pat out crescent rolls and place on large cookie sheet. Bake according to package directions, let cool completely. Spread cream cheese mixture on cooled crust, top with assorted vegetables and top with cheese and olives, if preferred. Cut into small squares.
