HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
1/2 c. prepared mustard
1/4 c. molasses
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. brown sugar
6-8 chicken breasts (halves)

Combine mustard and molasses in small saucepan. Add other ingredients and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. Place chicken breasts in flat casserole dish and pour mixture over top. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer. Quick and easy! Extra sauce good over rice.
