CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. milk
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
1 bar (4 oz.) German sweet chocolate, grated

Mix all ingredients well, except for the chocolate bar and chocolate chips. Stir in the grated chocolate bar and the chocolate chips. Pour the cake mixture into a well greased Bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean.
