BISQUICK MIX 
9 c. flour
1/3 c. baking powder
1 1/2 c. dry milk
1 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. shortening

Mix dry ingredients, then cut in shortening. Makes 13 cups. Store at room temperature. Use instead of store bought Bisquick mix.
