STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
1/2 pt. whip cream
1 sm. basket strawberries
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 tbsp. sugar
Pinch salt
1 angel food cake

Use 1 1/4 cups water in Jello. Mash strawberries, add to Jello. Add sugar, salt and fold in whipped whip cream.

Shred the angel food cake. Place 1/2 in the bottom of a 13x9 glass pan and fold the other half into Jello mixture. Pour mixture in the 13x9 pan. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before serving.
