FIRE HOUSE BEANS 
2 cans pinto beans or about 4 c. cooked pintos
1 can Rotel
1 lg. can tomatoes
2 med. onions
2 med. bell peppers
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 lb. hamburger

Dice pepper and onion; saute in 2 tablespoons shortening. Cook meat until brown and drain. Add chili powder to taste. Mix beans, tomatoes and Rotel. Add salt to taste. Add 1 can water. Mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil. Simmer 15 minutes.
