FLORIDA COLESLAW 
2 cans mandarin oranges
2 apples (chopped)
1 head (med.) shredded cabbage
1 c. seedless red/white grapes
1/4 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 lg. banana, sliced
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Place cabbage, fruits and nuts in bowl. Beat whipping cream in chilled bowl until stiff. Fold whipped cream, sugar, lemon juice and salt into mayonnaise. Stir into fruit mixture. Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Would use fresh oranges, forget the banana, walnuts, coconut doesn't need them and where is the shredded carrot.
