1 can cream
4 egg yolks
1 pt. of milk (2 c.)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1 box salt-free crackers

Combine cream, egg yolks, milk, sugar, and vanilla in a pot. Heat to a full boil, stirring continually. When it comes to a full rolling boil, remove from heat and pour over crackers that have been placed in a pan. Add topping.

Topping for Cracker Pie:

4 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar

In a bowl, beat egg whites until stiff and fluffy; slowly beat in sugar. Put topping on cracker pie and brown the top in the oven. Let cool and serve.
